Penny machines, the crane and the change kiosk. Take pennies from the whole promenade, all summer.
A long room open to the promenade, full of machines that each take a penny: the crane, the fortune teller, the what-the-butler-saw and the pushers. Each machine earns little and costs little, so the arcade lives on footfall, a good corner and every machine working. The prize rules decide what the house may pay out, and the season decides almost everything else.
