A round of regular customers. Build a round, and the round pays you every month.
A window cleaner does not sell jobs, he owns a round: a list of houses cleaned every four or six weeks at a small price each. The whole business is density, because the money is lost walking between streets rather than cleaning glass. Water-fed poles replaced the ladder and made commercial work and upper floors safe, and a good round is an asset in its own right: rounds are bought and sold for roughly what they bill in three or four months.
