Uncrewed aircraft for the forces, farms and survey. Build the aircraft nobody has to sit in.
Drones went from hobby kit to military necessity in a decade, and a small firm with a good airframe and a working datalink can sell to armed forces, farmers and surveyors at once. The work is software as much as flying, export licences decide who may buy, and the Civil Aviation Authority decides where your customers may fly. The large defence groups buy the firms that prove themselves.
